Research On Statistical System Of Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Platform

With the rapid development of the Internet,a foreign trade comprehensive service platform emerged as the times require.It broke the traditional model of foreign trade and solved the import and export problems for SMEs.Based on the connection between the existing statistical work foundation and the new format,this paper conducts a statistical system research on the foreign trade comprehensive service platform from the aspects of statistical index system,catalogue database and statistical survey method.Firstly,it outlines the basic problems of the foreign trade comprehensive service platform,including its connotation,evolution and development,the status and challenges of relevant statistical work,and defines the research content of the statistical system.Secondly,it defines the platform statistics category and service statistics category of the foreign trade comprehensive service platform.Through the combing of the relevant statistical index system of modern service industry,information service industry and platform economy,according to the classification of foreign trade comprehensive service platform,the statistical index system of completely public platform and non-complete public platform is constructed respectively.The index system consists of two parts: the basic situation of the enterprise and the development of the platform.It includes the economic scale of the enterprise,the foundation of the enterprise facilities,the size and composition of the enterprise personnel,the investment in the business,the registration and visits,the business of the platform,and the composition of the operating income.Then,based on the mastery of the relevant foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises and the basic information,the construction ideas of the cross-sector statistical inventory database are proposed.And designed a unified foreign trade comprehensive service enterprise certification standards,combined with the certification system to establish a sub-library of catalogue database-"certified business catalogue database " and "transitional database." On this basis,the methods of updating and maintaining the catalogue database based on traditional methods and Internet-based data are discussed respectively.Finally,a statistical survey method combining comprehensive survey and sample survey was designed.Conduct a statistical report system for enterprises in the “certified business catalogue database”,conduct a sample survey of enterprises in the “transitional database”,and give a description of the specific issues in the statistical report system and the sample survey plan.This paper studies the statistical index system,catalogue database and statistical survey method of the foreign trade comprehensive service platform,enriches the relevant theoretical research system of the foreign trade comprehensive service platform and statistical system,and provides reference for statistical work practice,thus promoting the development of the foreign trade comprehensive service enterprise.In summary,this paper has very important theoretical and practical significance.
