The Triggered Causes And Coping Strategies Of The Football Events Mass Incidents Based On The Perspective Of Organization And Management

In recent years, a large number of mass incidents happened in our country each year. Football as the world’s first sport, mass incidents on the field is also a common occurrence. Sports, which used to keep people away from war, have now become a breeding ground for mass incidents. Whether in developed or less developed countries or regions, the football events’ mass incidents has never stopped, and the impact becomes more and more bad, more and more serious. With the development of our society and the improvement of the level of football, the mass incidents in football events are increasingly growing in number, which has attracted the attention of many experts and scholars in many fields of our country. In this paper, we analyze the cause of formation of the mass incidents from the perspective of sociology and psychology, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Aimed at we can provide football events’ organizers more scientific methods of organization and management, for the majority of fans to create a safe and orderly site spectators environment, safeguarding the interests of most of the football fans and professionals, protecting the healthy development of Chinese football.In this paper, we will study the domestic and international football events’ mass incidents as the research object. Using the methods of literature, case study, induction and deduction, and combined with the theory of social conflict and so on, the factors that affect the mass incidents of football events were analyzed. And the following conclusions were drawn:Firstly, with the development of football, its influence is more and more big. However, with the development of the mass incidents, the performance become complex and caused a very bad influence on the social order. In recent years, in our country the group events in the football field have never disappeared, so the development of football in our country is very difficult.Secondly, according to statistics on the analysis of domestic and international football matches in the group events, we can see that foreign football tournament group events occur earlier, most of the events were very terrible. Africa, Europe and South America for the event occurred in the highest frequency in several regions. The period of such incidents in China is relatively late compared to foreign countries, the result is relatively light and the impact is relatively small.Thirdly, through the comparison of domestic and foreign two classic cases causes’ analysis, and from the perspective of organizational management to explore football group events trigger causes, summarized in the following two aspects, respectively is the football department and event organization management deficiencies.Fourthly, the Beijing Olympics security management will be reference to football management, mainly including the following aspects: making specific and comprehensive security plan, to establish timely and effective command system in the athletic field, with a selection of professional knowledge and skills of security personnel, provided the high court facilities and technical level. And thus trigger causes and proposes corresponding strategies for, respectively, including improving event management level and strengthen the management of media, improve the professional quality of the event participants, strengthen the management of fans.And put forward the following suggestions:Firstly, event organizers should prepare the full specific security plans and implementation of the program before the game, including contingency plans, risk assessment and etc.Secondly, event organizers should establish a timely and effective command system in the field, to maintain the smooth flow of communication channels such as intercom. According to the specific circumstances arrange reasonable security personnel, and carry out professional knowledge training to security personnel.Thirdly, establish a football referee information base, record the wrong decision and as one of the important basis for its rating.Fourthly, establish expert evaluation system of media reports, the relevant media reports for random inspection, and punish the aggressive media, such as the limit of its follow-up reports, etc.Fifthly, the clubs establish fans association, make rules and regulations, and elect the president by voting. Then assist the president to manage the fans. At the same time, establish the fan blacklist system and forbid the fans on the list to enter the stadium.
