Beautiful songs should have the prelude, so do dramas. The lead-in link ofteaching activities in kindergarten is the beginning of the whole teaching activities.Not only does it set the tone for the entire teaching process, but also inspiringchildren’s interests, regulating early learning enthusiasm of a key step.This researchuses literature method, observation method, interview method, physical analysismethod and other research method, elaborates the function, reveals import aspects ofthe problems, summary build the organizational strategy of lead-in link of three yearsold children’s teaching activities. This study not only to expand the field of study forkindergarten teaching activities, but also help the kindergarten teachers to bettermanage the import link, in order to improve the quality of kindergarten teachingactivities.This article is divided into four parts:Part1, literature review. On the basis of reading the relevant literatures from theteaching aspects of the meaning of the dimension of meaning, in principle, the basicrequirements and methods of combing the results of prior studies.Part2, discusses the kindergarten teaching activities on the lead in link of sixfunction, that is stimulating children’s curiosity, thirst for knowledge and strong studyinterests; helping children focus on to clear learning tasks and requirements; inspiringchildren of positive thinking; promoting the migration of early learning; swappingchildren’s learning emotional; riching aesthetic experience of the children.Part3, to analyze the problems and causes on lead-in link of three years oldchildren’s teaching activities in kindergarten.Part4, according to three years old children’s physical and mental developmentcharacteristics, with specific teaching cases, extracting summarizes the three years oldchildren’s teaching activities into four aspects of organizational strategy, that is,creating context leads into teaching activities; using the intuitive means leads intoteaching activities; from the inner link between knowledge into the teaching activities;through the problem into the teaching activities.
