Study On The Scientific Researcher's Harmony Between Righteousness And Advantage In The University Under The View Of Knowledge Economy

Since Europe and America took the lead to enter the knowledge economy society, the whole world will comprehensively enter the knowledge economy in the 21st century. This will be the world economic and social development mainstream. If has missed the best opportunity of the Industrial Revolution, faced with the new economic and social development opportunity, China should not miss it any more. or, we're really forgotten by the world. The knowledge economy essentially is that takes the high and new technology as a backing, takes the knowledge as the foundation, including such several steps as the knowledge production, dissemination, development and utilization. But as the social cerebrum, the university has massive high-level professional talented persons and bright prospects in producing, teaching and studies, should impel our country's knowledge economy to enter the healthy development. Our country should first blow the bugle of knowledge economy development in the university. If the university would undertake the role of leader of the knowledge economy time, must improve the quality of the knowledge production, dissemination , development and utilization. Among them, the knowledge production is the premise and foundation, the knowledge dissemination is the key, the knowledge development and utilization is the goal and value realization. The university teachers are an essential role in this process, the majority of university teachers all have dual status, both teachers and scientific researchers for new knowledge. Their initiative, activity and enthusiasm, is the beginning and premise to impel the knowledge economy smoothly develop. However, the core work to drive the good university scientific researcher is to harmonize the relation between their righteousness and advantage to make it balanced and harmonious. At present, this topic is not studied systematically in our country and any foreign country. this article, from the knowledge economy angle of view, from the way to propose the question, analysis question and solve the question to research it, in order to get the effect that a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas, then to solve the question.This article is divided four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, explains why to select, has expounded the research significance, and after reading lots of articles and books, has outlined present domestic and foreign situation about the study of this topic. Then, explained ways to study this topic in the article, finally promulgates the possible innovation spots. From chapters 2 to 4, separately distinguishing the category of righteousness and advantage, the inharmonious phenomena between righteousness and advantage, the reasons of the inharmonious phenomena between righteousness and advantage and the countermeasure for the inharmonious phenomena has been carried on the elaboration.After chapter one, this article analyzes the concept, category, relations, value orientation of university scientific researcher's righteousness and the advantage, proposes the view of three levels of coordination of the university scientific researcher's righteousness and advantage, for university scientific researchers are engaged in the enterprise with the environment particularity which locatesThen, under the view of harmony between the university researcher`s righteousness and advantage, this article analyzes,the unbalanced phenomena between the righteousness and the advantage and its reasons. These unbalanced phenomena may be induced below: the academic sacrifice, the academic low efficiency, the academic inactivity and academic false-creation and so on.We can find the essence from the superficial phenomena. Under the view of the knowledge economy, through the analysis of the university knowledge production, dissemination, development and utilization, through psycho-analysis to the knowledge producer, take advantage of the knowledge economic existing basic rule and the basic principle, the article finds out the reasons behind these unbalanced phenomena.
