Research On Knowledge Economy And University Students' Creativity

Training and developing of university students' creativity, is a long-term and arduous system engineering needing the whole society to make joint efforts. The arrival of the era of knowledge-driven economy will change our mode of production, life style and way of thinking. The arrival of the knowledge economy has proposed more severe challenges to higher education: How to train and develop university students' creativity better? This paper carries on criticizing retrospect to the domestic and international creativity theory. At first, the author has expounded the influencing each other of the knowledge economy and university students' creativity, has analyzed the current situation and the key questions existed in individual, culture, education, system of influence university students' creativity, etc. Thus the paper pointed out pointedly that should be from, setting up such respects as corresponding educational system, training creative personality, creating favorable environment to start with and carry on the training and developing of university students 'creativity, at the same time, the paper has proposed " individual characteristic -Educational pattern (system) -Social environment " three level benign interdynamic analysis frame, expect it can offer guidance and reference meaning in theory to train and development ofuniversity students' creativity .
