Knowledge-based Economy, College Students Scientific And Technological Innovation Activities

The scientific innovation of university students is analyzed and studied by the methods of a systematic thinking and researching, together with the theoretical knowledge of philosophy, education, management and economics, and with practical examples.Firstly, the article studies the development of the knowledge Economy and the construction of the national innovation system, which is the very background for the university students to launch the scientific innovation. Then, it analyzed the connotation and characteristics of university students' innovation under the Knowledge Economy situation, and situation also. It points out that the varied scientific innovation is not only a scientific action, but also an education, cultural and economic action, it's of great importance. It discusses the scientific innovation of the university students with the systemically theoretically. The university students' scientific innovation system is a subsystem of the national innovation systems, it's related and restricted with the university teaching, science study, university cultural and social project. Meanwhile, it studies the subject and object of such innovation, the relationship between system and environment as well as its structure and function. After that, the article posed some suggestions of strengthening management, constructing rational operation system, investing more money and building and improving the base and environment for innovation. Lastly, it summed up the university students' innovation philosophically to deepen the understanding.
