It is said that innovation is the soul of a nation .The ability to create comes first in one's qualities in the Knowledge-based society. Innovative Education,as an important part of quality-oriented education in senior school,asks us to cultivate students to be innovative and practical as a quality education focus. This is a major change about educational ideas. For being an experimental science, to develop students' ability to create in high school biological experiments plays an important part in quality-oriented education.What are students' awareness of creativity and ability to creative?Where does the significance of developing students' ability to creative lie in? And what are the factors which influence the development of students' awareness of creativity? By discussing these questions, the author wants to futher students' understanding about the awareness of creativity,and discusses the ways to develop the awareness of students by analyzing the current situation of teaching biology in high school classrooms. The task of the study shows that it helps improve students' exploring ability and understand and grasp knowledge in depth. Via discussing students' awareness of creativity, the paper means to arouse the attention to developing it ,to improve the methods of teaching biology in high school and to apply students to society in the future.
