IT course in Middle school is having the trendency of borderline because of a lot of reasons, such as the location of the course is obscure, the course aim if not agreed, the course practice is not appropriate, the position of IT teachers is obscure and the comment system is not perfact. At present IT teaching, there are some clear problems, such as teacher's professional tiredness, boring teaching content, less interest and initiative of students, less focus of the school and parents.The essay discusses the application of Task-driving in IT course .It discusses the steps of Task-driving teaching method, the principles of task design, the optimization of this method and the practical effect of this teaching method.With the help of the course teaching cases, we find this model has the following advantages: First, it is advantageous for students to develop their principal part. Second, it is advantageous for students to lose the sense of mistery for IT .Third, it is advantageous for students to master all the knowledge they learn. Fourth, it is advantageous to develop students' subjective initiative and their creation. Fifth, it is advantageous to improve students' ability of analyzing problems, solving problems and applying knowledge. Sixth, it is advantageous to improve students' characteristic development and ability. Seventh, it is advantageous to break through the limits of teaching materials.
