With the rapid development of science and technology, technology increasinglybecome the objective existence everywhere in our lives, be main factor of socialprogress. Therefore, technology literacy is the contemporary youth ’s basicaccomplishment, general technology course is the Required Courses of all ordinaryhigh school studentsGeneral technology is bound to come into contact with daily life, extensivemigration of the value of technology on students’ future career and capacitydevelopment. However, in the context of the new curriculum reform, how to highlightthe subject characteristics, and promote students’ ability, problem-solvingstrategies, cultivate good teaching objectives, is the outstanding problems ofthe teachers.Because the task driving teaching to stimulate students interest in learning,training of problem-solving ability and creative thinking has certain advantages,so the article is focused on general technology course teaching strategy teachingdemonstration started:The first part introduces the general technology subject establishmentfoundation, curriculum setting, curriculum teaching, presents the current majorproblems : how to improve learners’ interest, stimulate the creative potential,under limited conditions to develop curriculum resources, effective teaching;The second part mainly introduces the task driven teaching related to pedagogy,psychology, such as constructivism, Dewey middle school education thought, Su Baer’s meaningful learning theory, cognitive learning theory;The third part introduces in detail the task driven teaching content, teachingmethod, including the origin of the connotation, features, elements, teachingsteps;The fourth part mainly through the concrete case description, task drivenTeaching in the general technology curriculum in the specific organization method,implementation steps, the teaching principle of design are described in detailand illustrated;The fifth part is the experiment process is introduced, including experimentalpurposes, subjects and contents, experimental design, experimental process,experimental evaluation;The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect. This paper mainly through a comprehensive analysis of high school generaltechnology curriculum in task-based teaching theory and case, the quality researchmethod of combination of experiment, observation and measurement of the resultsanalysis, exploration of task driven teaching method in general technologycurriculum in the implementation of effective ways and means; by task drivingteaching method teaching experiment, deepen pair task based teaching mode ofunderstanding, clear the components and implementation conditions andrequirements, understand the links between all elements and function, proof theory,rich curriculum resources, as other teachers’ teaching reference, promote thedevelopment of general technology course, make accord with the value orientationof curriculum reform.
