A Research On The High And Primary School Students Practice Fraud For Sports Competition In Shanxi Province

With the rapid development of school sports since reform and opening in China, our sports are becoming more and more flourishing, especially the after-school sports competitions held in primary and secondary schools which stimulate and promote the development of physical education are the factor making sports popular and promoted in school. However, in recent years, due to the problems in ideas, management and other social aspects, competitions held in all types of schools at all levels after-school could not run under the principle of fair-play, for example, impostors, players not in the age-scope requested or with fraud school status could be found, even judge-bribing and incitant taking are also occurring. All kinds of schools are pursuing winning medals in the any match they taking part in. A lot of teams which used to obey the rules begin to follow the ones who win the games substituted by some professional teams without being punished. Stimulated by the interests of the achievement, the spirit of unity, struggling and educating in school sports competitions, and the Olympic spirit of fair competition and ethical purity have being threatened. All of these are affecting after-school sports training and competitions seriously, if such a serious impacts could not been taken as a vital problem and being given sufficient attention, it would influent the school sport training and educating, even do harm to the social morality.In this study, students, sports competitions in Shanxi Province are took as the research object, the author uses the literature data, the survey, expert interviews, statistics, logic analysis, and other methods to analyze all kinds of trickeries occur in school sports activities. Imposting, using players not in the age-scope requested or with fraud school, judge-bribing and incitant taking are the problems found from the research in the competitions held in primary and middle schools.Reasons why students are involved such in trickeries are: promotion on students' training, impact of social unhealthy practice, comparisons with each other, no enough monitoring and punishment, and no enough intensity laws, etc.To solve the problems mentioned above and according to the analysis, the following suggestions should be take into consideration:1. Enforce the education of moral; 2. Bring in the rule of laws and regulations 3.Strengthen sports management, 4.Making the investigation of the players' identity more strict and giving severe punishment to the rule-breakers.5.Establishing of a better referee assessment, training, supervision system.
