Research On The Development And Countermeasures Of Sports Art Teaching In Physical Education Major In Shanxi Province

At present,sports art courses are one of sports that students are popular and enjoy,it includes many items: aerobics,form,sports dance,rhythmic gymnastics,cheer leading and so on.The characteristics of this kind of course are that it contains many fashionable and artistic elements,and has strong ornamentability,performance and artistry,so it is more different from some traditional sports.Sports art courses add a lot of new functions to students' physical exercise,and also bring more space for the development of sports.At the same time,sports and art courses are of great benefit to the physical and mental development of college students.It can not only improve the students' aesthetic ability,but also cultivate their functions.Therefore,it has become one of the sports courses that promote the continuous development of colleges and universities.At present,the sports art courses have been carried out in all the colleges and universities all over the country.And under the current situation of the reform of sports curriculum in China,how to cultivate high-quality innovative talents has become the difficult and difficult point of its reform.Therefore,the research on the teaching of sports art courses in Colleges and universities in Shanxi will be conducive to the continuous development of local sports curriculum reform.This article takes Shanxi Province as an example.It mainly selected 16 teachers and 481 physical education students from 8 colleges and universities in Shanxi Province by using questionnaires and other methods,the investigation of the teaching of sports art courses in 8 physical education majors in Shanxi Province was conducted.The findings of the investigation are as follows:(1)The types of sports art courses in Shanxi province are widely used.There are compulsory courses and elective courses.Among them,the high popularity is aerobics and sports dance.The three projects of cheerleading,yoga and form are fast,but the number of teaching hours is short.(2)According to the investigation and analysis of the students of sports education,they are familiar with the enthusiasm and demand of sports dance,cheerleading,yoga and form,and then strengthen the development of sports and art courses in Colleges and universities.(3)The teaching materials of sports and art courses of physical education in Colleges and universities in Shanxi are not comprehensive enough.There is no comprehensive and unified teaching material for all the sports and art courses offered by one university.(4)In the 8 colleges and universities surveyed,more than half of their sports art courses have a more complete teaching plan,but there are still a small part of the school curriculum without a clear teaching plan,the teachers in the actual teaching in accordance with the teaching plan.(5)The teaching of sports and art class teachers in Colleges and universities in Shanxi province can basically meet the students' learning needs,but the overall level of the facilities of the teaching site needs to be improved.(6)The motivation of college students to participate in sports art courses is different,but their love for sports art courses is very high,which shows that this course has an advantage in the development of universities.(7)Teachers' survey shows that the number of Aerobics teachers is sufficient and the professional level is high,and the ways of learning and understanding aerobics courses for teachers are diverse,and the frequency of training after work is high,and the degree of cognition of this course is generally high.But other sports art courses,such as yoga teachers,are rather lacking.
