With economic developing and social progressing, the school embarked on the pursuit of quality of schools development. "First-class schools on cultural management , second-class school system by management, third-rate schools on power management." It has become the wisdom of school management today.As the school's development, School cultural construction has brought new development opportunities, but there were not also some good phenomenon. Some schools pursuit to quality school on the surface, but in reality it has already entered the formalism of the "hall". Their school culture's pursue is building of the landscaping for the school environment. Some schools have forgotten the decorative. Decorative of schools is the most fundamental purpose, it is the development of students and teachers, and raise awareness of the values' changing. But not because only concerned with the physical environment, such as surface-level students while neglecting the spiritual space development. Many school mottos are written very good, but When the teacher and student were asked about its meaning, the number of teachers or students did not elaborate.In order to change school development of misunderstanding, I believe that only the core values of schools so that schools can foster the development of content on the development of roads, to a certain extent, to change school culture in the construction of the formalism of erroneous tendencies. Based on the core values of school subjects, the school adopted the concept of core values, character and foster the significance of several aspects, such as an in-depth study, and the core values of nurturing schools do an analysis on this basis, including the formation of a Purpose, principles, contents and ways to practice the operation of the school core values training mode.This article cited the main core values training on the school issue a brief statement in the first chapter, and currently available on the assessment results simply. The second chapter and the third chapter's content is the concept of the school's core values, characteristics and development which have done on a basic theoretical research; content of the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is the objectives, principles, contents and ways of a set of core values training school mode of practice operational level.The author believes that the most main purpose is operating and guiding the development of all members and the school core value can be generally accepted and recognized by all members of. Feature of the school core value should include leading, abstract, ideal, recognition, compliance, stability and so on.Finally, in certain objectives and principles, under the guidance from the Education, system management, environmental nurture, guide and network of social practice five ways to seek the truth, perfection, United States, to health, profitability and other aspects of development.
