The Current Status Of Physical Education And Development Strategy Researching In Heilongjiang Independent Institute

The problem is focus on researching the educational status of sports in Heilongjiang independent institute; thereby provide the basis and suggestions to the relevant department in Physical educational reform and curriculum building aspects. The study was approved by the Ministry of Education in Heilongjiang Province with independent college graduation diploma qualifications of the nine independent institutions. It adopts the investigative methods of documentation, contrastive analysis, Delphi, questionnaire survey and statistics, logic analysis and so on. It is mainly focus on researching of sports education and management, sports teacher-building, physical education, students live sports, extra-curricular sports and sports facilities construction in Heilongjiang independent institute. The results are as follows through using SPSS14. 0 statistical software for mathematical analysis and logic analysisIt is reasonable of sports management mechanism in Heilongjiang independent institute, but still need to strengthen the standardization and institutionalization, and scientific management; 2. it still lacks of scientific, rational and sustainable even though teachers have their own characteristics of Physical Education in Heilongjiang independent institute;3. Physical Education of the overall lack of innovation, the steps of teaching reform are not open, not fully highlighted its own characteristics;4. Extracurricular sports activities and team-building have their own characteristics, but still need to form characteristics in many areas to improve and reform;5. Venue construction and equipment have begun to take shape, barely able to complete the task of physical education, but still can not satisfy the physical education, extra-curricular physical exercise, training and competition needs work.It aims at the current Physical educational status of Heilongjiang independent institute, according to China's socialist modernization construction of senior personnel training requirements, CPC Central Committee and State Council promulgated in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, documents, with the Ministry of Education promulgated by the relevant regulations and the spirit of the document, the proposed future independent Institute of the Heilongjiang Provincial Development of Physical Education:1. Optimize the independent Institute of Physical Education administrative system and strengthen macro-management, the implementation of micro-management;2. Institute for independent schools and teaching physical education curriculum reform, changes in teaching concepts, and optimize the delivery of the course, broaden the teaching content;3. Actively carry out extra-curricular sports activities, training students to develop a good habit of lifelong sports;4. Strengthen the building of the contingent of teachers, improve the personnel system, improve the treatment of teachers, establish a mechanism of motivation;5.
