Research On Situation And Development Measures Of Ordinary University Student Sports Organization In Heilongjiang

Student Sports Union is an important part of the organization of sports associations. Its healthy development doesn't only help to promote physical and mental health of students, the awareness of lifelong physical activity and accelerate the process of society, but also has important theoretical and practical value to enrich and promote the culture of college sports. Therefore, the investigation status of college sports associations to identify problems and propose relevant measures and recommendations on strengthening and improving the physical education of university students, improve student sports management, and create a healthy and harmonious campus culture, the full implementation of quality education and to promote convergence of university and community and so far-reaching practical significance.In this paper, 18 representative students'communities of sports colleges in Harbin, Daqing, Qiqihar, Jiamusi and other different regions are investigated by using literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods.The main problems of Student Sports Union in Heilongjiang Province: In material terms, funding shortages and a lack of venues and equipment; in human terms, the degree of attention the school authorities and support, lack of professional guidance staff and community managers and cadres lack sense of responsibility, working poor and improper methods; in management, the management system is flawed and inadequate organization, lack of oversight mechanisms and internal management confusion; in the activities, the activities of low-grade level, activity time is short, low frequency, and other school or a small business exchange activities; in terms of publicity, means less publicity, influence is not enough.The proposed measures as follows: broaden sources of funding, full use of school sports resources to ensure the rational allocation of site equipment in material terms. In human terms, the school authorities to strengthen support, increase the activity funds, site equipment, technical guidance to support such efforts; communities to employ professional guidance teachers; to strengthen community management, business and skills training of cadres, focusing on Talent training. In management, the community to establish a complete and effective rules and regulations, strengthen scientific management; sound community management organization and improve the supervision mechanism. In the activities, associations active in a variety of useful characteristics of the project and activities to enhance the attractiveness; appropriate to extend the activity time and increase in activity frequency; strengthen cooperation with other organizations or enterprises inside and outside the exchange, promote common development. In terms of publicity, publicity channels to expand and strengthen advocacy efforts to expand the influence of society.
