| Youth is future of a country, the successor of socialism, the main constructor of harmonious society. Qualities of them are associated with success of socialism. Recently the rate of school violence has raised rapidly. It has become the threat to security of school and drawn the attention of all aspects of society. How to control school violence has become hot topic of whole society.In the paper, writer regards causes for school violence as different layers and multimensional system. It belongs to endogenesis of students and external factors. Measures of controlling school violence is a series projects connecting with whole society. It needs all aspects of society to participate in dealing with it by all kinds of measures. School, the main educational organization of young person should pay more attention to security of school and it school and it should prevent violence of school happening. It also should be responsible for defending and controlling young people's grow up healthily. The writer puts forward encounter measures according to causes, features of school violence. The first is that it puts forward the mode of school's defending: defending of organization, defending of periods and defending of system. The second is that school should enhance and improve some relative work to reduce school violence, such as changing concepts of education; putting oral education at high position; strengthening construction of professional moral; building healthy relationship between teachers and students; enhancing education of legal system; Educating students who has hattits; concerning health of psychology; providing advice of psychology for teachers and students.The third is that school,family,police station,cultural department and communities,cooperate to charge in dealing with school violence.The paper expects to provide some use for reference for practicer and experts. It hopes to draw attention of educational departments and provide useful materials to effective defending measures.
