Violence Must Be Met By Violence:The Violence In The Land Reform And The Formation Mechanisms

In this paper, through the review of the land reform process in Houkoutou village, a village in Shandong. To show the process of land reform in Village by using oral history studies. And further discuss the village in mechanism and motivation behind the violence "land reform", and tries to analyze the mechanism of centralized model. The author thinks that land reform opened a vicious, land reform induced violence both require a degree of interest, but also require a degree of rules. So benefit induction and rules of damage degree is higher, the land reform of the higher level of violence, only positive and disorderly land reform, can appear bigger and more bloody violence at last, released to the devil. This paper will be divided into five parts:the first part introduces the Houkoutou village and the land reform in the village; The second part introduces how the villagers in the interests of the induced under the condition of class consciousness awakening and revolutionary; The third part introduces the destruction of the land reform in the traditional society governance rules and refactoring "grass-roots elite" as the core of power, the fourth part introduces the smallholder thought affects the limitations of land reform to the disorder, usher in a "bloody land reform", the fifth part summarized and analyzed the formation mechanism of land reform violence and violence of the land reform, and it is concluded that only rules induced damage and interests, will appear more large-scale violence in the land reform.
