The theory that modern foreign language communication,"English teaching in primary and secondary schools is the essence of communication, so that English become the communication between teachers and students. Among students of communication activities and communication activities is an all-round, three-dimensional-type, multi-direction. To design a more complete,useful, the interchange of a comprehensive school-based curriculum is a subject worthy of study, research and development through the application of practice,the students and teachers to improve spoken English communication ability, should be committed to every English level students in the schools entirely to efforts to achieve the goal of research. The improvement of spoken English is not accumulated a lot of vocabulary and grammar, but to accept the expression of molding. Appropriate teaching strategies so that students gradually master the basic knowledge of English language, for further study in order to lay a solid foundation.
