Reflective learning is a way of learning through reflections on the learning process. It aims to make the the learning process more reasonable and promote students' development. Training students' reflective learning ability, which is demanded by the basic educational reform, can help students learn how to learn and make innovation, and improve their scientific literacy. This paper uses chemistry curriculum standards as the basis. It's guided by Constructivism and Metacognition theory and lots of methods, such as literature, investigation, action research, analysis. Besides, it combines qualitative and quantitative research. The paper discussed the following five major components: developing the theoretical basis of students'inflective learning ability; analyzing facts that affect students'inflective learning ability; forming teaching strategy of students'inflective learning ability; experimental research of developing students'inflective learning ability in Chemistry teaching in high school; introspection, discussion and so on.Based on the current theoretical basis of inflective learning, this article analyzed the basic elements of inflective learning ability( inflective consciousness, inflective activity, inflective technique), accordingly concluded three aspects of teaching strategies for developing students'inflective learning ability and worked out two practical class teaching patterns during teaching practice with questionnaires analyzing the developing situation of students'inflective learning ability.
