Human nature, a concept which is more complex and controvesy, which researchers from various branches have been discussing since ancient time, but there isn't an unified conclusion about the human nature. Moral value is also a discussed concept which is eternally unchanging. Free will, which as an important psychological quality, has an important influence on moral cognitive. According to the past studies, we probe into the stcucture of ollege students'human nature about Chinese and themselves through vocabulary method. We use AMOS4.0 to explore the human nature and moral value of college students; the model how free will influence the moral cognitive and how much the influence is. We also explore the difference between two dimensions of free will-the autonomy of action and choice and deciding their distiny when facing various scenes of free will.We used survey investigation, organized glossary of college students'human nature and context story of free will and the moral cognitive on the basis of pre-survey. We select randomly 800 college students from six universties of Wuhan as our survey objects. We take descriptive statistics, factor analysis and variance analysis of 703 questionnaire, using AMOS4.0 to make structural equation model, and we make conclusion as follows:(1) College students have different understanding and view about human nature of Chinese and themselves, therefore formed glossary of human nature about Chinese and themselves. The glossary of college students'human nature about Chinese is composed of 6 factors and 26 vocabularies, the 6 factors are malevolent, honest, simplicity, deceptive, accountability, immoral; The glossary of college studengts'human nature about themselves is composed of 5 factors and 28 vocabulary, the 5 factors are unjust,good,simplicity,pragmatic,snobbish.(2) Factors of free will in its situational stories. Factor 1—autonomy of behavior and choice, factor 2—self-fate determination.;(3) From two structural equation model and path analysis chart of college students'human nature, moral value, free will and moral judgment through AMOS, we can see that moral value and free will can notably forecast moral sentiment and moral cognitive;(4) Census variables have a certain impact on college students'attitude toward Chinese human nature, self human nature and moral value, and the impacts of census variables are interactive.
