Research On The Perfect Personality Education Of College Students In The New Era

In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the entry of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a new historical position of China.Based on the development perspective of the new era,the key to comprehensive national strength competition has depended on the cultivation of high-quality talents.As the source of the power of social development,college students are the talent reserve army that·accepts higher education.The social development and educational goals require colleges and universities to train all-round development of socialist undertakings.Personality as acomprehensive embodiment of people's all-round development,related to the personal cultivation and future development of college students,personality education as the foundation of higher education is the key to the cultivation of high-quality talents.However,under the influence of globalization tide and multi-values,the development of college students' personality and the development of personality education' are facing new situations and new situations.There are new problems that need to be solved urgently.It is especially important to develop and improve the sound personality education of college students in the new era.This paper takes the college students' sound personality education as the research object under the background of the new era,and mainly elaborates the following four parts.The first part is the introduction part,which discusses the research purpose and significance of the topic,related research trends,research ideas and research methods.The second part summarizes the connotation and characteristics of college students' sound personality education,and expounds the theoretical basis and educational significance of developing college students' sound personality education under the new era.The third part elaborates the current situation of college students' sound personality education,analyzes the achievements of college students' sound personality education in terms of theoretical results,educational concepts and personality literacy of college students,and reflects on the education methods and education of college students' sound personality education.The shortcomings of the carrier and the educational object are analyzed from four aspects:society,school,family,and college students themselves.The fourth part is the core part of the article.According to the multiple reasons that affect the healthy personality education of college students,it starts from five aspects:family,school,society,teachers and college students themselves.It systematically discusses the effective countermeasures of college students' sound personality education under the new era.
