Particularly, Western ideology and values has a great impact on college students.Contemporary Chinese society is undergoing profound changes and is in a full transition period. The prosperity of market economy, the formation of the information society and the change of culture all have a significant impact on college students in their contemporary world view, values, outlook of life. However, university students are in a period in which they are sensitive, contrary and is easily swayed by their emotions. They also have strong ability in receiving information from the outside and their minds are complex and multivariant.So, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities are more difficult. In that case, we should have a correct understanding of the contemporary college students'psychological characteristics.
