The Countermeasures Research For Teaching Management Innovation From The Perspective Of Cultivating Innovative Talents By High Education

In this paper, the importance of training innovational persons with ability has been more and more obvious in economic development and social progress. In order to reply for the era challenge, training of innovational ability must be recognized by high education and as the direct affect on innovational training, teaching management attaches most importance. And it is restricted to the development of innovational person by present high education of teaching management, so it is necessary to advance innovation of teaching management and create beneficial condition for training innovational persons in ability.The paper is composed of four parts, which separately are: preface, characteristics analysis,current status analysis and its theory basis of innovation as well as the innovational countermeasures for teaching management of training innovational persons with ability by high education. The paper starts from the background of independent innovation, using comparative and literature techniques to illustrate the relative concepts of innovational persons with ability and teaching management by high education. On analyzing innovational persons with ability and its course characteristics of training, the paper proposes the requirements for teaching management of training innovational persons with ability by high education and also analyzes the training status at present. Finally, the paper takes system theory,human capital management and multi-aptitude theory etc to propose for building new conceptions and countermeasures basically on beneficial training of innovational persons.The research will supply teaching management reformation foundation for the continuous one and plays some realistic signification in pushing teaching reformation and innovational persons training.
