Research On The Construction Of Incentive Mechanism For The University Students' Organization

The college students associations play more and more important role in the students'management and education with the system reformation in university, the increasing students'number because of the higher education popularization and China's social transition. The number of associations and the participants is increasing year by year. The wonderful activities of the college students associations have been necessary parts of the culture activities in campus. But the increasing number does not make the quality develop further. The uncompleted management system is the obstacle to prevent its development and the lack of encouraging system prevents its development.Because the college students associations take an important role in the modern higher education, it is useful to study the encouraging system in theory and practice. The paper puts forward some suggestions mainly with the theory study depending on the management condition of the college students associations at present. There exits the phenomena that some associations only emphasize some steps without relations to others and adopt some measures. The paper builds the reasonable college students associations system making use of the association's need and target. The encouraging system is made up of the associations need, associations target, encouraging measures, action system, encouraging time, structure culture, effect evaluation, feed back and some sub-system affecting each other to adapt the environment and emphasizes the encouragement in whole.
