Study On The Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Governing Ability Of Anhui Provincial Individual Sports Association

In industry associations,Chambers of commerce decoupling action under the background of vigorously promote,single sports association governance problems need to be cracked and the practical experience of past governance and comprehensive association is insufficient,in view of the anhui provincial association of an individual sport management ability evaluation work has important value,to achieve the overall goal of the association of an individual sport management laid a foundation.Study on anhui provincial association of an individual sport management ability evaluation index system of building as an object,USES the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,Delphi method and entropy weight method and so on related research methods,refer to "social organization development planning","national fitness program" and so on sports association relevant policy documents,based on the theory of public governance theory,cooperative governance,Combined with non-profit organization CORPS model,the evaluation index system of governance ability of anhui provincial individual sports association is constructed.The research conclusions are as follows:1.This study draw on predecessors’ constructing evaluation index system of practical experience,capability evaluation of non-profit organizations at home and abroad for reference,the Associated Press,books,documents,etc.,using Delphi method,after for three rounds of consultation,eventually identified by two primary index（internal governance,external governance ability）,8 secondary indicators（internal governance structure,internal governance system,internal governance mechanism,business operation ability,association’s ability to maintain the market order of the industry,its ability to use the external environment to conduct its own conduct,association’s ability to coordinate relations with external stakeholders,and ability to create or provide services）,And the more specific 34 three-level indicators of anhui provincial individual sports association governance ability evaluation index system.2.When determining weight adhere to the principle of paying equal attention to both objective and subjective,entropy weight method have high objectivity,strong logicality,high credibility,strong sensitivity,ease of unique advantages,and importance to the governance ability index evaluation result obtained after statistics analysis,on the governance ability level index weights are: Internal governance ability（0.311）,external governance ability（0.689）;The weights of secondary indicators are as follows: Internal governance structure（0.443）,internal governance system（0.151）,internal governance mechanism（0.071）,business operation ability（0.335）,association’s ability to maintain the market order of the industry（0.2405）,ability to use the external environment to conduct its own conduct（0.0720）,association’s relationship with external stakeholders Ability（0.2405）,the ability to create or provide services（0.4470）,according to the size of the weights can be clear to achieve the goal of improving the capacity of individual sports association management,should to the internal governance structure and external stakeholders,business operation ability,association for relations coordination ability and the ability to create or provide services this tilt.3.comprehensive capability evaluation standard reference table design and practical use of past experience,the design of anhui provincial association of an individual sport management ability evaluation standard table,table from the evaluation standard of design,separately from the two aspects in this paper,the practical application,and water sports association,the football association in anhui province as an example,the dragon boat sport association,It is concluded that the rating results of the governance capacity of the association are all "good".
