Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Professional Talents In Harbin Enterprises

It could arouse the potential energy of the professional talents by establishing and improving the incentive mechanism, and then enterprise performance is effectively improved and the revitalization of Harbin as old industrial bases is achieved.Through data investigation and analysis, the problems of the incentive mechanism of professional talents in Harbin enterprises are defined, mcentive mechanism system is constructed, which provide reference methods for enterprises in Harbin to establish sound incentive mechanism for professional talents.Characteristics of professional talents and main motivation theory are firstly introduced, which provide theoretical guidance for anglicizing and improving the incentive mechanism of professional talents in Harbin enterprises. Secondly, based on detail analysis about motivation subject, motivation object, the mutual relations between them and kinds of motivation factors, incentive mechanism model of professional talents of enterprises is constructed. Next, from empirical angle, distribution and structure characteristics of professional talents are analyzed, the motivation factors promoting professional talents palying an important in Harbin enterprises and their satisfaction degree on existing incentive mechanism are inspected, and the problems on incentive mechanism building and the reasons costing them are sumed up. Fourthly, based on the BP neural network, incentive effect network model is constructed. Then using survey datas of 16 enterprises in Harbin, the model is verified valid, the contribution factors impacting incentive effect are educed. So, the main factors influencing incentive effect are indicated, which provides the significant basis for Harbin enterprises setting up incentive mechanism. Finally, to guarantee the effective implementation of incentive mechanism, the incentive mechanism syetem of the professional talents in Harbin enterprises is constructed and many countermeasures are bringed forward.
