The building of Social Work talents team is not only the objective requirement of social harmony and stability, but also the necessary human security of Social Work's professional and special development. How to manage Social Work talents team effectively, how to mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative fully is the key to maintain the industry's stability and to improve core competitiveness. Staff motivation is the core of personnel management. Because of the lack of effective incentive mechanism, Social Work industry has low career attractive, and the employees have low initiative, and finally lead to low employment intention and stuff mobility. Therefore, it's urgent to strengthen the theory and empirical research on the incentive problem of Social Work talents. The thesis use L Social Work service organization as a case, with literature review and qualitative analysis, study the Social Work talents' incentive mechanism systematically. According to the survey, the thesis found that social workers' satisfaction to incentive mechanism is not high, and there are big differences between the mechanism and the need of workers. The enforcement of incentive measures is not good and the effect is general. By the survey of incentive preference, the character of social workers and job characteristcs, the thesis summarizes the incentive needs of social workers, and then raise idea and program to optimize the incentive mechanism.
