Teacher autonomy in the profession field includes the autonomy right that teachers possess and the autonomy ability. The teachers'autonomy right in the profession field is the first condition of teacher autonomy, it refers that teachers hold the right of not being controlled and intervened .The right is not vouchsafed by any another people, but is the freedom that is endued with teacher profession. The freedom is not done as anybody wants, but is limited, just as what Carl Marx said freedom is the unification of differentiation of symptoms and signs between limitation and infinitization. There is no absolute freedom; teacher autonomy in the profession field is how to achieve freedom in whole hug in the reasonable limited range. The teachers'autonomy ability includes teachers'autonomy consciousness and ability. The former refers that teachers realize they have the right of choosing and making decision, and will withstand when it is intervened; and know they are the master of their specialty development and are responsible for their behavior. The latte refers that teachers have the ability of self-choosing , self-deciding,self-monitoring and self-evaluating; namely, teachers can perform the autonomy right rationally, and they not only can make the action in their will control, be unblindness and unheadiness, but can be responsible for the result, which embodies a kind of sense of discipline.Teachers who are autonomy in the profession field behave some characteristics: the first is freedom which means that teachers have the space of choosing freely and working creatively; the second is self-knowledge, which exhibits teachers self-discipline behavior and intense responsibility, it is based on that teachers have the entirely cognition on the inevitability, such as to hold the education orderliness and to know the society criterion; the third is happiness which refers teachers can achieve joyance and self-satisfaction at work and self-development; the fourth is democracy notion, autonomy means to refuse to be intervened and to choose freely, meanwhile, it also doesn't presume to force their will and sense of worth to others. Teachers have democratic notion means they respect students, and allow students to express their ideas and choose freely, and form a kind of democracy and equal relationship with students.It is the essential condition for accelerating students'harmonious development, and is the key to teachers'self-fulfillment and the symbol of specialization of teacher profession that if teacher autonomy in profession field can come true; meanwhile, it is the key to the success of education innovation and is the foundation of actualizing the education value. But the research results show that in China, teachers'autonomy extent is not high and the autonomy range is narrow, teachers are self-determined only in choosing teaching method,arranging teaching materials,leaving assignment, which are sometimes limited, either; most of teachers are not autonomy, they passively work and make specialty programming. The factors that baffle teacher autonomy are mainly school management,test system and teachers'ability etc.Based on the analysis, the strategies to achieve teacher autonomy in the profession field are needed to consider on following two sides : the one hand is optimizing outer environment that includes strengthening democratic management in the school, building a harmonious environment, innovating the evaluating and bestirring system, improving teachers'treatment and changing the teachers'structure; the other hand is enhancing teachers'synthesis accomplishment which includes innovating teacher education so as to insure teachers specialty foundation, building harmonious school culture, reinforcing teachers'autonomy consciousness and advancing their self-reflection and scientific research ability.
