With the continuous development of China's economy,education in China has been constantly changing since the reform and opening up.The basic education curriculum reform at the end of the 20th century was the most extensive and most comprehensive reform of the curriculum in nearly 40 years.In this large-scale reform and transportation work,more and more schools are participating in the flood of teaching reform,and more and more frontline teachers are engaged in the practice of teaching reform.As the reform continued,the basic education curriculum reform entered the "deep water zone".The change of teaching is gradually developed from the initial government to the situation of the independent change of school and teachers.From the implementation of teaching reform,the role of teachers is indispensable in teaching reform.In the process,theoretical training,the exchange of learning,the school teachers to promote,self practice after a series of activities,such as changes in teaching practice can understand somewhat,and the understanding on the basis of exploration and discovery,gradually realize the teaching reform.In this process,teachers' professional knowledge,professional competence and professional ethics of teachers will be improved,which is essentially a professional development process for teachers.It has been proved that teachers will experience different stages in the process of professional development,and there will be differences in teaching behavior,professional knowledge and professional competence among teachers at different stages.Studies have also shown that teachers experience plateau periods in their professional development.However,the plateau period has a negative influence on the professional development of teachers,which is an obstacle that teachers must overcome in the course of professional development.What kind of plateau period will teachers experience in the change of teaching practice?How to overcome this plateau phenomenon?These two problems will be the focus and difficulty of this paper.This paper consists of the following six parts:The first part is introduction,mainly introduces the teaching practice of change horizon,teacher professional development plateau research background,the research significance,research purpose and approach of this article mainly use.The last of this part is the systematic review of the teaching practice reform and the relevant literature of teacher professional development.on the study of the existing relevant research results,on the basis of the author found that research on teaching reform and research on teachers' professional development plateau there are many,but the problem of teachers' professional development plateau on the teaching practice to explore the relationship between the change of paper are rare.The second part mainly discusses the evolution process of the independent change of teaching practice,and mainly introduces the practical path of teaching reform from the outside to the independent change.The third part discusses the value orientation of teaching reform.In this section,mainly because the school is teaching change place,so this section first discusses the value orientation of the teaching reform of school change,mainly introduces the reason of school change and school in such aspects as concept,culture,management change and the resulting change in teaching.In the practice of teaching reform,classroom teaching is the main activity way to reflect the change of will and realize the ideal of change.Therefore,the relevant content of classroom teaching reform is discussed.Second,because the teacher is the main implementer of teaching reform,teaching continuously change will affect the teacher's behavior,and affect their professional development,so the next discuss teaching change lead to change the way of teachers' behavior has the transition of the teacher professional development center of gravity.Third,the ultimate goal of teaching reform is to realize the independent change of teaching practice reform,so the ultimate value orientation of teaching reform is the transformational teaching practice that forms normalization.The fourth part mainly discusses the present situation and characteristics of the plateau period of teacher professional development.To be sure the plateau in the study of teachers' professional development is in the process of teaching practice reform,due to demand change,teachers' professional knowledge in the process of change involved in teaching practice and designed ability also need to constantly update and development,appeared in the process is difficult,lead to higher professional level appeared to stop,the professional development of the plateau.On this premise,the author discusses the behavior and psychological characteristics of teachers in plateau period.The fifth part carries on the fourth part mainly explore discuss factors influencing teachers' professional development of the plateau,mainly from two aspects of external factors and internal factors to explain the reasons for teachers'professional development plateau phenomenon.The sixth part puts forward feasible strategy for the breakthrough of plateau period.Mainly includes the teacher's professional standards for different stages(here in stages is not a primary school,middle school stage,but the teacher professional development stage),the form of training and change training by stages,in practice to improve the level changes of teaching wisdom,promoting the teachers' reflection.
