| The sports in our country has obtained fast development in recent years, but tennis, as one of the important spots project is still in a comparatively low level. How to improve its level has attracted more attention. In beginning of the 2003, the state physical cultural administration has already take women double tennis as key project prepared for the Olympic Games, and takes it as a road which can improve our country's tennis level. As a whole, there still exists quite big gap between our country tennis and the world first-class levels; but to the individual, the gap of strategy level between our country women's doubles and the world outstanding women's doubles contestant is relatively smaller. In 2004 Li Ting and Tiantian Sun wins the championship at the Athens Olympic Games which brings us more surprise, in 2006, Chinese women doubles tennis also received great achievements, but it falls into murkily in 2007. with the coming of 2008, the state of Chinese women doubles tennis make all of us fell anxious. At the next year Olympic Games, the Chinese women doubles tennis is the hope of wins the tennis championship. But the injured state of Jie Zheng and Na Li elegant moat affects the pairing of match. Li Na as the strength strongest athlete in the team , who must take part in the match of women doubles, but now the most urgent problem we faced is had not still found the optima which pairs with her. Along with the condition of Zheng Jie and Yan Zi glides down, the Chinese tennis not only lost tow key athlete, but also loused our original superiority. In the road of win the tennis championship in next year's games, we faced more problems such as the wounded and sick problem, pairs the question, the technical question, the strategy question, the pressure question and other difficulties which need us solved quickly.Based on the methods of the documentary analysis, statistics, comparative analysis, this paper analyzed the skills and tactics indexes of Chinese women doubles tennis player in the Australia Open, the American open and the Wimbledon open in 2006—2007. The paper revealed the main gap on the basic skills and tactics application , losing score structure between the national excellent women doubles tennis players and the overseas. Through the analysis of the basic skills , tactics and type of our players, we found that there are big gap between ours and overseas. Such as skills of service, the ability and consciousness of receive and service, the skills of volley etc. and also summarized the main insufficiency of Chinese women double tennis player.According to those gap , several suggestions were proposed as follows: the training of main skills in double tennis should be strengthened; the laws of winning in double tennis should be followed in order to comply with the development trends of world double tennis; the abilities of flexible application of all skills and tactics should be enhanced; the training of psychological quality should be enhanced so as to improving the player's ability of coping competitions. In order to put forward some useful suggestions for the project named "win the championship in 2008 ".
