Research On Practice Teaching Model Based On The Cesim Platform

Along with the further development of Chinese economy and the acceleration of the pace of industrial restructuring, there are increasingly high requirements of talents. As a distribution center for cultivating talent - higher education, it must readjust its training subject, adapt to social development of the new requirements of talents and train a number of innovative spirit and practical ability of high-quality personnel. The Ministry of Education has also repeatedly stressed the need to further strengthen the colleges and universities of practice teaching, vigorously improve the students'practical ability. However, the current practice teaching of China have emerged many problems, resulting in colleges and universities work hard to practice teaching. And it is also difficult to guarantee the students practice in a good level. Therefore, this paper hopes that it can adapt to the new needs to the colleges and universities of practice teaching by the way of constructing a new practice teaching model, thereby improving the students'practical ability.This paper proposes a new practice teaching model that based on the cesim platform by analyzing the problems of the current practice teaching in colleges and universities, using the re-construction of the practice teaching model as a breakthrough and sorting typical practice teaching models at home and abroad. And it constructs the model under the guidance of constructivist learning theory, Dewey's "learning by doing" theory and situated cognition theory. It also uses three methods (including of survey research, literature research and empirical research) to construct the model. It demonstrates the model in the theories and the practices.Finally, Practice has proved that the practice teaching model based on the cesim platform can effectively improve the students'practical ability, and nurture their comprehensive quality. It is a new model that can be suitable for Chinese national conditions.
