Background: Children's nutrition and heath condition is a key index that reflects the social and economic development, sanitation level and the quality of population in a country or region. Childhood is a crucial period for nutrition. The habit of diet is developed and formed during that period of time and the habit will last for the whole life once it is formed. At present, pupils lack the knowledge of nutrition and most of them do not have good diet habits. Therefore, it is imperative, essential and feasible to carry out nutrition education among pupils. Nutrition education has become a main method of improving nutrition conditions by governments, health departments and nutrition circles in different countries and regions. In China, nutrition education is adopted as a main or an exclusive method of intervention in most nutrition intervention projects of preschool children. Fresh vegetables and fruits are very important components of balancing people's meals. Eating fresh fruit and vegetables is the best way to increase the injection of potassium.Material and Method: Sample two classes of pupils of the same grade in a certain school, but in different floor. Draw a class as an intervention group and educate them with nutrition knowledge while the other class is a contrast group with no interventions. The method is adopted as teacher - parents - child, a three-level mode. By the survey of basic line questionnaires and ultimate questionnaires, the changes of pupils'KAP are evaluated based on the conditions before and after the interventions.Research results. 1,Pupils lack the path of studing nutrition. 2,The nutrition education helped to improve the pupils' knowledge of nutrition in the intervention group to a great degree. 3,The nutrition education had a positive effect on pupils' knowledge of food. 4,Nutrition intervention education improved the pupils nutrition and diet habits. 5,Meal photos reflected that the kinds of vegetables and fruits had been increased in the intervention group, which also meant nutrition education improved the diet habits of the pupils and helped to increase the kinds of vegetables and fruits. 6,The method of testing potassium density of urine that could reflect the level of vegetable and fruit injection requires further research. Suggestions: 1,Set up monitoring and nutrition guarantee system. 2,Carry out overall nutrition education and improve people's sense of nutrition 3,The close cooperation between schools and families should be highlighted in nutrition education. 4,The support and involvement of the whole society are needed.
