Through literature research, interview, questionnaire, practical exploration and case study, on the basis of analysis of examination quality and current situation in middle school, the paper refers to Six Sigma Method, some relevant techniques and approaches that are proper for examination quality analysis and finds out a set of relatively complete applied theories and empirical methods from practice. These theories and methods aim to help teachers have a reasonable explanation of the statistical results, such as data and charts, and accurately assess the examination quality and put forward positive suggestions for improvement.The paper mainly has a practical research and case analysis of the examination quality of A Middle School of Hongkou district in Shanghai and sums up experience from practice for improvement.The major research result of the paper:1. We summarize the chart analysis in practice and give a full and particular account of the education teaching issues and situations projected from various situations and charts in practice. They include single-factor analysis of variance diagram, cabinet diagram, tendency chart, process capability analysis, histogram, differentiation analysis and other examples, illustrations and summaries.2. Through the case research, we demonstrate the design of Six Sigma method in three stages of examination quality analysis as well as the practical operation, technical application and example illustrations in each stage.3. Most teachers in the practice can apply Six Sigma Method to have examination quality analysis, and most teachers can understand and agree to the analysis result, make improvement from the analysis result, accept the suggestions for improvement brought forward by the author and try it in the practice.4. The teachers work together to make tracking analysis of students' performance through Six Sigma Method and find out the application approaches and main issues to help students avoid tendency to focus on a few subject; the tracking of students' performance shall have different focuses in different academic years.5. In the examination quality analysis with Six Sigma Method, the differentiation shown among teachers reveals that teachers have a remarkable influence on class.6. The analysis result of Six Sigma Method plays an important role in directing the teaching and assessing teachers' performance in school.
