In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the number of graduate students enrolled,the evaluation of the quality of graduate education has also received a lot of attention.This article takes graduate students from higher education institutions in Zhejiang Province as the main body,constructs an evaluation index system for the quality of graduate students in higher education institutions in Zhejiang Province,and takes the masters,doctors and graduated masters of Hangzhou Dianzi University as the research object,and evaluates the quality of graduate talent training in higher education institutions.Carry out evaluations to provide suggestions and countermeasures for the future postgraduate teaching reform and development planning of colleges and universities.By consulting numerous related documents,this article constructs and analyzes the evaluation system of the quality of graduate students in Zhejiang colleges and universities from five aspects: comprehensive literacy and ability,student quality,training management,academic achievements,and employment quality.The subject of the survey was graduate students from Hangzhou Dianzi University.They scored the importance of the quality indicators for the cultivation of graduate students in Zhejiang colleges and universities.Through the reliability and validity test and the index dimension sorting,the comprehensive literacy and ability,the quality of students,and the training management were finally constructed.The six first-level indicators of employment quality,teaching management,scientific research achievements and their respective second-level indicators have completed the construction of an indicator system for the quality of postgraduate training in Zhejiang colleges and universities.The factor analysis method and entropy method are respectively used to calculate the index weight,and the index system is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated from the perspective of the graduate student body.The study found that the factor analysis method and entropy method have the highest weights of comprehensive literacy and ability indicators,while the weight gap of other indicators of factor analysis is smaller.The entropy method pays more attention to the quality of birth source and employment quality,and the weights of three indicators of training management,teaching management and scientific research Almost the same.Conduct empirical analysis to colleges and universities,it is found that our school’s graduate students believe that the quality of our school’s talent training is generally above the middle level,and the two methods are used to calculate individual student scores to understand the students’ talents at this time.The result of the training quality evaluation.Finally,this research puts forward suggestions and improvement measures: improve foreign language learning ability,strengthen tutor guidance,reform training goals and curriculum systems,strengthen professional identity education,give full play to the advantages of disciplines,highlight the goals of running schools,and use the comprehensive advantages of multiple disciplines to promote talent training.Improve the quality of graduate talent training at Hangzhou Dianzi University. |
