| After using questionnaire,interviews,the article analysis the current situation of mass sports of Kirgiz nationality(call Kirgiz for short below)with three different area, comprehensively analysis the problems which mass sports have to faced in Xinjiang, think that the Kirgiz mass sports is on positive and healthy way.In this survey, the rate of people who took exercises in the past 2006 is 21.00%, the rate of physical population is 10.00% Most Kirgiz do modern exercise, only a few people join their own ethnic sports activities. In new times, Kirgiz people think that their national sports should develop on the base of protect-and-reserve way. Most people do exercise with their friends; the hobby of sports loved in school is the first factor of Kirgiz shapes their physical intrests. Sport consumption is belongs to goods consumption of which most consumption are from buying sports wears. The aim of people join sports is mainly on enhancing their physical health; this shows the essence of exercise, while people who do not join the exercise-doing group just because they have no time. Many people interrupt doing physical exercises between the age13-30, especially in 18-year-old and 24-year-old people. In this group, there are 58.66% people unwilling to do exercises in the recent future,from this data, we can get one conclusion that mass sports in the area have a long way to go.Square is one of main places for mass sports, many elder people and the female through fitness path and dance while doing exercise here. Many fitness paths are broking or broken and have the potential danger; A lot of retired veteran cadres play chess,pingpang,billiards and other activities in activity room. The room opened all the year round, established by Civil Administration or The Old Committee, have the inadequate-funding difficulties.After survey, the research finds cruel reality in Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang, that is sports system have the inadequate-funding and lack of venues, of which hinder organizing massive physical activities. In other government functions organize massive physical activities have one feature: multi-function organizes activities together. Also have inadequate-funding and lack of venues cruel reality. In community, mass sports are liked by many people no matter content or form,such as Diao sheep,horse-riding race,ethnic-style wrestling and so on. Most of these activities are held in open wild during Nazar and Tuoyi, the actors are residents nearby.Investigating《Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Sports Development Bill(》call《The Bill》for short below)in Kezilesu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture finds that different Sports Bureaus all can understand the meaning of《The Bill》, but fettered by insufficient funds and lack of venues so that can not do more things about it. The city of Atushi gave us a good example, successfully held"First Culture and Sports Festival session"and achieved good results.Based on this status quo,the reaearch think that it should lead by publicity to improve sports cognitive level in order to enhance people's fitness awareness; Government should do more efforts to increase the input of funds, increase their sports system employees if possible; Have a choice promoted the traditional national sport stars to enter the Sports Association to make Kirgiz traditional sport go further; To"Manas International Cultural Tourism Festival"and"Sports Central Tianshan Miles promenade"project as an opportunity, Fully tap community resources to promote ethnic group, carry out the traditional national sport for the masses mainly in the form of sports development further promote the National Fitness Campaign waves in Xinjiang, construction for the building of a harmonious society contribute to the process of the power of sports.
