Research On Employment System In High And Elementary Schools In China

Teachers'employment system is one of important parts in reform of appointment system in order to cater to development of social market economy in our country. It is an important personnel management system that employer schools or administrative departments for education set up posts according to needs of teaching, and employ qualified citizens serving as relative teachers on the basis of equality and voluntaries between two sides of employer and employee. Research on teachers'employment system has borne fruit in our county in recent years; meanwhile, many problems appeared. It is still an important task to further strengthen research on teachers'employment system and promote personnel system reform in schools. This paper attempts to further analyze teachers'employment in high and elementary schools in order to develop and perfect this system.The article consists of four chapters.Chapter 1: Introduction of basic information of teachers'employment system reform in high and elementary schools in our country, including its concept, reform process, important meaning and research on teachers'employment reform in high and elementary schools at home.Chapter 2: Introduction of existing key problems in teachers'employment system in high and elementary schools in our country.Chapter 3: Introduction of teachers'employment system in high and elementary schools abroad. After having introduced teachers'employment system reform in high and elementary schools in France, Japan and America, we get successful experience in employment system reform in high and elementary schools in foreign countries.Chapter 4: Proposing solutions to promote development of teachers'employment system reform on the basis of successful reform experience in teachers'employment system in high and elementary schools abroad.
