The Construction And Sharing Of The Resources In Ideological And Political Education In Universities

In the changeable,competitive and efficiency-emphasized society,it is necessary,feasible and important for the Ideological and Political Education in universities to realize the effective integration of resources,improve utilizing rate to face the challenge,by means of sharing and construction of the resources.At present,the construction and sharing of the resources in Ideological and Political Education in universities has made some achievements,in the aspects of content construction, the recognition of resource sharing subjects,sharing mode construction,sharing carrier construction,and sharing technology construction.However,there still exist some obvious problems,for example,unclear understanding,narrow sharing coverage,low-level cooperation, indifferent participation,backward managing methods,etc.The major causes include marginal understanding,awkward communication,incomplete system,impotent management,incomplete law and regulations,etc.To solve these problems,at first,we should clarify the three principles that the construction and sharing of the resources in Ideological and Political Education should observe.Second,we should improve the system of construction and sharing of the resources in Ideological and Political Education.To construct a complete system for the construction and sharing of the resources in Ideological and Political Education in universities,we could use the following strategies:administration lead the system and all the members participate;all people construct and share;construction and sharing can be conducted in levels.To construct this system,we should continue emphasizing the advantages of the traditional sharing methods,construct the compound network sharing system,and classify the information resources,establish the following three systems:the construction and sharing system for students,for teachers and for cadres.In the background of the updated technology and cooperation mode,the ideal platform for the construction and sharing of the resources in Ideological and Political Education in universities,is to establish the free platform in which the systems can operate within each other. Looking forward to the developing trend in the construction and sharing of the resources in Ideological and Political Education in universities,many researchers believe,the breakthrough in network technology may bring the new development of construction and sharing of the resources in Ideological and Political Education in universities.
