Analysis Of University Graduates Employment Problem Under The Domain Of Government Policy

With the popularization of higher education, the employing situation for college graduate has become increasingly serious. As a special sociogroup, whether the college graduate students can start a career not only has something to do with the vital interests of broad masses of the people, but has a direct effect on the national economic development and social stability. College graduates are both the most active fresh troops on behalf of developing requirement of advanced productivity among the large population and labor force and the basis for enforcing the policy of rejuvenating the nation by relying on science and education and many talented people. Solving the problem of employment for college graduatestudents is an important measure to implement the Three Represents Theory, develop human resources vigorously and serve the society. It is the inner requirement of the people-oriented concept of scientific development, so the government must undertake the corresponding responsibility. The issue of employment in a country relates not only to its sustained and rapid economic increase and social harmony, but also talent security in the process of international competition.Scientific development is strengthened at the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and it is put forward that we should regard development as the first task. This issue is the human resource basis to determine the sustainable economic development and it can also determine the vitality of national education and its sustainable development. So we should bring this issue into social employment system, strengthen the governmental guide, and support self-employment.In this article, the author puts forward the significance of solving the problem of employment for college students, analyzes the policy evolution and causes in the market economic system and probe the issue of improving the policies for employment for college graduate students from several aspects under the new situation and thus puts forward the policy of improving industrial structure. Meanwhile, we should increase job opportunity, improve human resources configuration to create a good environment, improve a serious of policies, such as self-employment, to solve the difficulty in employment for college graduate students. We should take effective measures to widen employment channel to guide and encourage successful employment for college graduate student so as to make them play a better role in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
