High-quality business technology professionals are not only the focus of regional competition, a region also determines the level of economic development, competitiveness of a region of strong or weak.Enterprise IT professionals how to attract and bring into full play the role of corporate IT professionals, today's society to achieve sustainable economic development of the urgent task.However, in the less developed regions to attract talented people have a congenital deficiency of enterprises in the less developed regions to attract talents difficulties, a serious loss. How can more effectively absorb the enterprise technology professionals, is their first and foremost the urgent need to address the problem.
