Research On Coordinated Development Of Higher Education Structure And Regional Economy In Heilongjiang Province

Recent years,it has made significant progress in economic and social development in Hei Longjiang Province.The relationship between the development of regional economy and the structure of higher education is ever closer to each other.The revitalization and development of regional economy depends on the transportation of higher education talents.The structural adjustment of higher education plays an important role in optimizing the talent structure,thus it promotes the development of the regional economy.Therefore,it is a worth topic that studies how to realize the coordinated development of regional economy and higher education structure in Hei Longjiang Province.This study is based on the data of various indicators and economic development indicators of higher education structure in Hei Longjiang Province from 2001 to 2016.Through the method of regression analysis to comprehensively analyze the regional economic development and the status quo of higher education structure of Hei Longjiang from the perspective of empirical analysis.The results show that there are different degrees of imbalance in hierarchy,layout structure,departmental structure and regional economic development of higher education in Hei Longjiang Province.The imbalance of the hierarchical structure is mainly reflected in the relatively large proportion of local colleges and universities,the poor connectivity between the various levels of structure,and the low proportion of junior colleges.The imbalance of layout structure is mainly reflected in the excessive concentration of colleges and universities,the loss of colleges and universities in some cities,the existing disparity between actual number of colleges and universities in each city compared with the number,and the comprehensive strength of higher education in cities are far apart.The imbalance of the structure of the department is mainly manifested in the fact that the number of science and engineering colleges is small,the structure of the department is unreasonable,the employment needs and professional settings are not fully reflected and are too detailed.Finally,it is attributed from the three factors which are government,colleges and universities,social and economic,and puts forwardreasonable suggestions for the structural adjustment of higher education in Hei Longjiang Province,including constructing a hierarchical structure that matches the regional economic development and building a regional economic development.The characteristic layout structure and the construction of the departmental structure adapted to the development of the regional industrial structure are expected to promote the coordinated development of the higher education structure of Hei Longjiang Province and its economy.
