The Research Of Coordinated Development Of Regional "Higher Education-Economy" System

Using the theory and method of system science, pedagogy, regional economic, industrial economics, econometrics and management science comprehensively, this dissertation researches the basic theory, internal mechanism and evaluation model of coordinated development of regional"higher-education"system. The researchcontents are as follows:First of all, this dissertation, with the method of analysis reasoning, theconnotation, feature, environment, objective, structure and function of regional"higher-education"system are discussed, and defines the connotation and feature of its coordinated development according to the consecution from abstract to concrete.Secondly, this dissertation analyzes the interaction between higher education and regional economy from the qualitative aspect, measures the higher education's contribution to economic growth, using the method combined by panel model and education aggregative index, and calculates the influence coefficient of economy development on the scale and speed of higher education by cointegration theory. The research results above provide theory evidence for realizing the coordinated development of regional"higher education-economy"system.Thirdly, Based on the theory and method of system science, this dissertationanalyzes the coordinated development mechanism of regional"higher education-economy"system,whose conclusion is that regional"higher education-economy"system possesses the characteristic of dissipative structure, so introducing negentropyinto the system is the pre-conditions of its coordinated development, at the same time, the competition and coordination between higher education subsystem and economy subsystem are the inner dynamics of the coordinated development of the whole system. Then the evolution mechanisms and feedback mechanism are been demonstrated.Fourthly, in the light of the principal theory of the coordinated development of regional"higher education-economy"system, following some principles, this dissertation estabished the evaluation index system of coordinating degreeand coordinated development of regional"higher education-economy"system, put forwards the method of calculating weight,constructs the evaluation model of static coordinating degree and dynamic coordinating degree of subsystem based on DEA technique and Malmquist index respectively, put forwards the synthetic method combined by principal component analysis and regression analysis to evaluate the coordinating degree between higher education subsystem and economy subsystem, and applies grey clustering based on triangular whitenization function to evaluate the coordinated development ability of regional"higher education-economy"system.Finally, this dissertation evaluates the coordinating degree and the coordinated development ability of the regional"higher education-economy"system of all the provinces except Qinhai and Tibet, at the same time, advances many reasonable proposals in order to promote the coordinated development between higher education and regional economy.
