Network 3D virtual experiment create a strong interactive and high simulative environment that makes a new learning style of the combination of "Virtuality and Reality" for learners. It can assist them to solve some practical phenomenon that is difficult to study in realistic conditions and some more abstract principle of knowledge that is not easy to understand. Network 3D virtual learning environments can make up for the inadequacy of traditional teaching methods in a certain extent, and help the learners to obtain more intuitive experience. Therefore, classroom teaching is no longer confined to the real laboratory, the time and space of teaching and hands-practice has been invisible expanded.With the progress of the theory research of network 3D virtual experiment and technical advances in practice, the importance of monitoring and evaluation has been growing significantly. Although some virtual experiments are simulated comprehensively by a variety of simulation software, its lacks real and immersive feeling for learners, so its require monitoring and evaluation of the experiments to make up for its deficiencies. Now network 3D virtual experiment has been widely applied to the education and teaching, but the research of monitoring and evaluation of the experiments is not enough, the efficiency is low, and there are also existing some problems, such as single evaluation subject, easy way of implementation and so on.In the process of network learning, the processes of monitoring and evaluation are intertwined as one of integration. The record of monitoring data of network 3D virtual experiment must be objective in order that evaluators can grasp the process and results of experimental operation comprehensively and give the evaluation correctly. The evaluation for learners should follow the concept of "Psychological Construct", reflect the features of multi-value, co-participation and co-construction fully and try to respect the learners' personality, personality, dignity, privacy and so on. The feedback information of the evaluation should be organized in a pattern of "humane care" so that the learners could experience the pleasure of studying, confidence and emotional sublimation. The design of network 3D virtual experiment monitoring evaluation system based on the concept of "Psychological Construct" is consistent with the psychological and emotional needs of learners. It also can help learners to grasp the experimental skills and maintain the interests of the learning of the experiments; thereby the efficiency and effectiveness of the virtual experiment could be increased.In view of this, this paper took NO.4 educational evaluation theory which based on the concept of "Psychological Construct" and Post-modernism in studying as basis, had brought forward the design concept and built the evaluation function model of network 3D virtual experiment monitoring evaluation of "Psychological Construct"; then designed the technical implementation model and the development process, and selected Virtools and Jsp as the main techniques to develop the system; and finally combined with the lightning rod experiment of University Physics to carried out implementation of the monitoring evaluation system, and hoped to guide design and development of the network 3D virtual experiment monitoring evaluation system for related disciplines.The paper contains five chapters:The first chapter of this paper expounded the research background, research status, research directions and purposes. Through analyzing the problems that exists in the process of the experimental study of network 3D virtual experiment and according to the demands of the teaching and management of virtual experiment, this chapter had expounded the necessity of constructing the monitoring evaluation system of network 3D virtual experiment. Furthermore, on the basis of the current research status, the design purpose and research supposition of the system had been put forward clearly combining with the concept of "Psychological Construct".The second chapter described the related theoretical foundations about the design of the network 3D virtual experiment monitoring evaluation system based on the concept of "Psychological Construct". In order to know what the system to do and what the "Psychological Construct" implies, this chapter explained what the monitoring evaluation system was, and then put forward the significance and value orientation of the "Psychological Construct" idea. At last, by analysis related theories of virtual experiment, the rationality of the "Psychological Construct" idea in the system had been discussed.The third chapter presented the function model of monitoring and evaluation based on "Psychological Construct". First of all, the design ideas of and the goals of the monitoring and evaluation system were brought out. Secondly, the function model was built. At last, the manifestation about "Psychological Construct" in the model and the outstanding features was described concretely in order to guide the design and development of virtual experiment monitoring evaluation system.The forth chapter introduced how to implement the network 3D virtual experiment monitoring evaluation system based on the concept of "Psychological Construct". The design of the technical implementation model and the development process was necessary, because it can help the designers to implement the system easily. This research selected Virtools and Jsp as the main techniques and took the Lightning Rod Experiment of University Physics as example to explain how to develop the system. After finishing that, we verified the effect of the application of the system.The fifth chapter summarized the thesis research results and deficiencies, and predicted the prospect of the design of network of 3D virtual experiment monitoring evaluation system based on "Psychological Construct".
