State long-term makes universities' study style as an important work,and adopted a series of measures.At the same time,universities also attached great importance to the style of study,carried out various activities.Many scholars also agreed that the study style plays an important role in learning,growth,development of teachers and students,survival and development of schools, training of high-quality talents,guarantee the quality of education,and implementing the education guidelines and so on.Based on searching and analysising literature:the studies have been more theoretical studies about the style of study,this studies are mainly about the style of study on the connotation,the constituent elements,the significance of factors,function,value and characteristics of the status quo and building measures.Some of the fruits have important significance and draw inspiration to this research,but at the same time there are a number of shortcomings.First,theoretical and empirical studies on the teacher's style of study is fewer,teachers' style of study is engaged in no more than academic.Second,the main subjects of the studies are public undergraduate universities,but teachers will not be included in the study area.Third,the research measures are strengthening the management of students and awareness of the importance of study, reforming learning content,and lacking teachers and students' Community.Fourth,the study has only called on the importance that teaching windly factors on study style,and don't have specific research on teachers'working style,to improve the teaching of targeted measures is not strong.As well as,the lacking is to improving teachers study style.This research agree that study style of universities should include two main groups:teachers and students,teachers study style and their teaching style should be are different.Teaching style,study style and working style constitute school together.In order to understand study style status of teachers and students in universities,exploring the problems and deficiencies,leading to the causes,this study conducted a survey of the status quo on teachers and students of study style in Chongqing.we investigate full-time undergraduate students (700) and teaching full-time teachers(51) of their attitude toward learning and the act of learning.attitude includes learning goals,motivation,interest in learning,the quality of learning (Initiative with steadfastness) the act of learning includes learning habits,to learn the relationship between(teachers and students,Sang Sang),to learn discipline(self-discipline and his law)and the learning method. The results showed that:(1) their motivationes to learn multiple internal and individual,learning interesting and learning quality are not satisfactory,but the act of learning is very satisfactory.Girls in the study of behavior are better than boys.(2) learning habits and study quality of the fresh performance the worst.Low-grade students learning interesting and discipline is better than high-grade,self-discipline opposite side.(3) from the western region,learning act and learning quality are poor;students from the eastern part of interesting is strong,and studying relations less harmonious;from the central part of students'learning self-control is strong.(4)students learning science and engineer is better on learing methods,poor learning attitude; Motivation,habits and interests of students studying liberal is better then artheses.Behavior of students learing art is the worst,but they are better on learning interesting and relations.(5)teachers learning target is practical and well-targeted,the motivation is prone to individual interests.Study habits and quality are better,learning self-control and methods are poor,also the exchange between colleagues is very limited.(6)study quality of teachers used to close with students learning habit,teachers relationship was positively correlated with students learning target.The attitude of the teachers and students is closely related to the attitudes and behavior of the other party.Based on the results of inverstion,from the community,schools,individuals and learning groups four generous,we analyse and discusse the reasons of study style question,and perspective corresponding countermeasures from teachers and students studying together.These are mainly values education of students and teachers,the cultivation about learning methods and habits, emotional and feelings education,relationships education,making more opportunity to promote the exchange of teachers and students,optimizing the teacher-student relationship,and other measures.This study's innovative point is that teachers are included in the scope of the study of study style.we analyse the status and research problems of teachers study style.At the same time,takeing into account the survey of university students in grades,professional,gender and geographical selection,more comprehensively reflects the status,the investigation is from the attitude and behavior,more comprehensive;also we are try to propose countermeasures from the view of teachers and students study togther,the countermeassures also are based on the factors that affect study style of students and teachers.
