The Research On The Socialization Problem Of The New Citizen's Children

To promote the comprehensive city peasantries' conversion is the basic way and the final goal to solve the problems of rural migratory workers. One of the most important parts of the whole system is promoting their status. But undoubtedly, the most effective and most necessary approach to achieve these kinds of transform is to ensure their being socialized normally. Only when the peasantries have got the soft power as other citizens they can be a real citizen. Of course, at the same time, cooperate and coordinate system from the government is very important.In this study, the basic point is the status transformation, and the basic theory is the socialization. Under the previous studies, according to the actual situation of the rural migratory children, the question of the rural migratory children socialization is divided into four aspects: value principles and social norms, psychological deviation and constructing personality, social skills, knowledge , personal status and role cognition. Through investigation and interview, this study reveals the rural migratory children's problem at value deviation, lack of social norms, psychological development imbalance, lack of social skills, identity disorder, role cognition error, etc. What important is that this research contains a further analysis which concerns some investigation of migratory children's living environment. Through this analysis some significant negative factors have been figured out, which mainly includes: poor families, passive condition in schools and adverse factors of the peer group, and also contain the mass media impact.This research has also discussed some details of the rural migrant children themselves in the process of socialization of subjectivity. Because the internal factors tend to be the deciding factor, nevertheless, these factors always were overlooked. Through interview, this study found that rural migrant children have some conflicts at their perfect dream and lack of practical actions, difference of the goals and sameness of the practical choices, certification of the goals and hysteresis of the practical actions, etc.According to the research, this paper puts forward three Suggestions include: Firstly, multi-channel arrangement of new citizen children's having basic education. That means try to make full use of urban resources and guarantee their opportunity of education. Secondly, trying to build a friendly social environment to ensure the children of immigrants can live in a relaxed and friendly environment, thereby they can get some positive influence from the aspects of self-identity, mentality adscription and social criterion. Thirdly, consummating the social service system to enhance the new citizen's comprehensive capability, offset the absence of the new citizen children's education, eliminate the children's psychology problem and promote the new citizen's capability to obtain the job.
