In the background of the improvement in civic expression awareness and the urgency to find new way in writing teaching,citizen writing and interdisciplinary writing have attracted increasing attention and become a new way to solve writing teaching problems and enhance the value of moral education.Based on the existing research results of citizen writing,citizen expression and subject composition,the paper finds that moral education in primary and secondary schools has not perform its proper function in cultivating citizens' expression and writing ability,and the related research is lacking.The author focuses moral education in primary school,and studies the significance,path and method of strengthening citizen writing teaching to promote civil writing ability.This study firstly explores the theoretical basis of citizen writing from the perspective of citizen science,writing and teaching,and reveals that the content of citizen writing should reflect the current situation or problem of public life.The purpose of writing is to raise students' consciousness of civil rights and responsibilities by developing various abilities such as thinking,social participation and problem-solving.Based on that,the basic citizen writing framework of moral education in primary school is defined,which is guiding strategy and evaluation basis in citizen writing action research.Secondly,the author conduct a survey on the student writing works,the citizen expression awareness of the third and fourth grade students,and teacher writing guidance of the morality and society subject in primary school,which is the practical basis for the study of citizen writing teaching of moral education in the primary school.The survey finds that students' writing ability is lacking,the consciousness of civil rights and responsibility is weak,so do the consciousness of writing expression standard.Teachers affirm the value of citizen writing teaching,but actually do not provide abundant students' writing guidance.So,it is urgent to improve students' citizen writing ability and citizen literacy and enhance teachers' citizen writing guidance.Based on the theoretical basis and present situation investigation,the author carries out twice a semester of action research in experimental schools.During the action research,the author chooses "Shanghai small tour guide" and "old story" as the theme,validates the effect of carrying out the citizens writing and promoting citizen literacy in primary school moral education.Through multiple feedback and comparative analysis,the author finds that,citizen writing improves students' citizen literacy.Specifically,it gives students more opportunities to understand,care for and participate in social affairs,improves their willingness of expression and writing,and enhances their social responsibility.The students' writing ability has improved significantly.Compared to Chinese composition scores in mid-term exam,the final exam is slightly improved.The improvement of students with learning difficulties are more obvious than outstanding students.Finally,the author from the establishment of the topic of writing,the collection and selection of writing materials,the construction of writing stents and writing learning community four aspects to explore the citizens writing teaching strategies.
