Thinking about happiness is the spirit of times and the humanity's eternal question.This article studies The losing and regressing of teacher happiness habitus with The popular culturel raising. Since it is a deep thinking about the popular culture.,and it is also a thorough exploration to teacher happiness.It is an attempted to communicate "happiness" and "the culture" by risk attempt.This may riches current studies about teacher happiness and the popular culturel,which has certain value.This article has mainly used the literature method and the survey method,exploring how the teacher happiness habitus loses and regresses with the popular culturel raising.First,it has limited happiness,teacher happiness and other basic concepts,utilizing in the P.Bourdieu's practice sociology—"Field-Habitus" and other theories to point out that teacher happiness is kind of habitus' existence.Teacher happiness habitus constitutes the teacher intrinsic point and structures happy survival experience.It is a system that constituted by the thought and the behavior pattern. Teacher happiness habitus is constituted by the teacher happiness cognitive structure,the teacher happiness ability structure and the teacher happiness reconsider structure.They decide whether the teacher happiness realize.Next,this article places the teacher happiness into the field of the popular culture to carry the inspection,the result mainly displays in:Teacher's job tired covers education joyful;teacher's personal gain submerged the offer;teacher's pleasant sensation replaced the pursue ponder;teacher's snobbish and vulgar broke down rigid and honest;teacher's performance destroy the reconsideration,the critique and the imagination.Finally,this article promulgates that the popular culturel raising let teacher's sacred corona hidden to go away and the education democracy arrival to,which provide the new turning point for the regressing of teacher happiness habitus. Teachers can research steps road of the happiness by the spirit freedom and the perfect life;teachers and students' interaction;taste joyful and mind purification;classical appreciation and artistic infatuation;the self-reconsideration and the action study.This article applies P.Bourdieu's Practice sociology's correlation theories in the teacher happiness question study,which widen the pedagogy research methodology field of vision and enrich teacher happiness study results.Because studying "happy" and "culture" is very complex and abstruse,in addition the author theoretical level is lack,so this study also needs much work to do, We will continue to try hard in the future.
