With the rapid development of private education,the issue of private education has become more and more prominent.How to effectively improve the professional well-being of private school teachers and promote the development of private education has become a very important practical issue.Based on this,this paper takes the professional happiness of teachers in private schools as the research theme,and takes the teachers of Beijing New Science Road Group Jinquan College as a research sample,and uses literature analysis and semi-structured interviews to collect first-hand information.On this basis,using the grounded theory research method to analyze the data,through the step-by-step coding,the influencing factors model of the professional happiness of teachers in private schools is obtained.Through the analysis of this model,we can conclude that the factors affecting the professional well-being of teachers in private schools come from the two main aspects of internal and external development,occupational identity,school situation and institution construction,and each aspect can be decomposed.More specific variables.In this model,individual development,professional identity,school situation and institution construction are the four main categories.These four main categories have different influence mechanisms on the professional happiness of private school teachers.The following path can be adopted to effectively improve the professional well-being of private school teachers: based on the teacher's own improvement path,based on the school's promotion path and the government-based promotion path.
