For the realization of the students by the compulsory education stage to a high school education stage of the good changes,to make the adolescent growth,learning of junior middle school students more smoothly,to strengthen and improve the junior middle school teacher in charge's professional level,the key question is focus first on junior middle school teacher in charge's career happiness.By collecting a large amount of materials and understanding the current situation,the research topic is determined by combining various factors.This research adopts literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews on the current junior middle school teacher in charge's career happiness has carried on the investigation and analysis,the integration of the literature,to determine the premise of the core concepts and theoretical basis,this study from personal income and welfare,professional identity,interpersonal relationships,social support,school system conditions,such as job valued six dimensions of junior middle school teacher in charge's career happiness has carried on the investigation and analysis.Through the investigation and analysis of different influencing factors,it is found that the following problems are mainly found: first,the junior high school teacher's salary is low,and the salary is not matched with the pay;Second,the overall higher professional identity and lack of self-improvement;Thirdly,the interpersonal communication between the teachers and colleagues in junior high school is generally harmonious.Fourth,the influence of social support on the junior high school teacher's work is not good;Fifth,the school system is not perfect,there are some defects;Sixth,the work of the head teacher is not enough.According to these problems,combined with maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,learning organization theory,positive mood expansion theory,from the government,school and class teacher three aspects analyzes the causes of these problems,and on this basis,put forward the targeted strategy,aims to improve the junior middle school teacher in charge work present situation,improve the junior middle school teacher in charge's career happiness,so as to provide support to improve the quality of middle school education.First,the government.Striving to improve the social status of class teachers in junior high school and increase socialsupport;To improve the scientific nature of professional title evaluation system;Increase the amount of allowances and supervise the distribution of allowances;Optimizing incentive and incentive policies;Work hard to achieve the headteacher's competition.Second,the school level.To provide more opportunities for promotion in the course of scientific verification;Pay attention to the work of head teacher;To give a fair evaluation of the work achievements of the head teacher;Improve the relationship between the head teacher and the parents,and strive to create education net force.Finally,the head teacher himself level.Set up correct professional values and further enhance professional identity;Make full use of your spare time to improve yourself;Establish a common career vision and strive to achieve common goals;Build a good relationship between teachers and students and improve the management ability of the class;To build harmonious relations and strengthen the cooperation with teachers;Enhance communication and coordination between school leaders;Promote family and friends support for work.
