Research On Building And Applying Communication Model Of The Integration Of Virtuality And Reality Of University Teachers And Students

The teacher-student communication is always an issue which has been considering and exploring by researchers.Many domestic and foreign thinkers and educators had recognized the importance and specificity of the interactions between teachers and students.It can be said that the effect of communication between teachers and students directly impact on the quality of education and the development of teachers and students.However,with the popularization of higher education and the advancement of network technology,information technology,market economy, international competition,have a great impact on our higher education.The importance of teacher-student communication has not been recognized enough.It causes the changes of the nature and psychology of the education,particularly the reality reflected in the narrow-minded teacher-student communication and the alienation of teacher-student relationship.On the other hand,the lives of teachers and students of universities particularly the interpersonal ways has been affected and changed by the development of the network technology and information technology is.There have been some educators begin to concern about the students' "network society" living and try to communication with students through the network and achieve some success, using the software's such as EMAIL,MSN,QQ,BLOG,BBS and so on.However,the rate of the network communication between teachers and students is low,and there is still no effective systemic model of teacher-student network communication.In this background,in order to improve the teacher-student communication, besides raising the awareness and cultivating our communication skills,building multi-channel communication is very crucial.However,information technology is a good way to achieve it.Information technology can create a broad virtual communication space for teachers and students.Teachers and students can choose multiple ways to communicate.Based on this,this paper proposes to build communication model of the integration of virtuality and reality of university teachers and students to improve the current teacher-student communication,and ultimately achieve the both development of the teachers and students.
