Based on its contents and locations, the communication between teachers and students can be categorized as follows, teaching communication and daily communication. Daily communication which is the focus of this paper could enhance students'satisfaction and encourage their all-around developments.Existing literatures mainly concentrate on theoretical approaches of teacher-student daily communication and few studies try to capture the vivid communication happening on campus every day. In this paper, I, as a school teacher, analyze two cases of daily communication between teachers and students and qualitative analysis is carried out by using materials collected through observations and interviews. By studying the importance of daily communication, we can bring teachers'attention to the enhancement of the relationship between teachers and students. Consequently, teachers'teaching skill will be improved and value of school education can be fully discovered.This paper is organized as follows: first section contains research motivation, literature review, and methodologies; section two specifies the history and value of teacher-student daily communication; section three describes daily communication using two specific cases; main results are presented in section four; and the concluding section points out the significance of teacher-student daily communication.
