The Research Of CV-post Matching Base On Genetic Alogrithem

There is few theories on person and post matching in the field of enterprise.Especially, the subjective attribute assignment problem in the process of matching.In order to strengthen the scientificly and reliability of matching.We used genetic algorithen to improve the matching process.With a view to prevent the person ature convergence of genetic algorithm.This paper proposed an adaptive parallel genetic operator to strengthen and preserve the diversity of population.This algorithm adopted parallel operator adapitve crossover and mutation to strengthen and preserve the diversity of population.Results show that this new adaptive parallel algorithm has an effective matching effect.
